Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. First time using Hunters and will highly recommend to anyone selling or buying!

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We viewed a property with this agency but unfortunately had to chase several times for updates. Responses were very slow, with little information provided and overall the experience felt quite disinterested. We wouldn’t choose to look for a property through them again.

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. From day dot you were amazing you helped throughout the horrific journey we had with our first time buying a property. You made everything so smooth and helped when you really didn’t have to but that help meant so much to us! We wish we went with Brown and Merry for our purchase but unfortunately the house we wanted was through another agent but I could tell you for sure we would of never had the experience we did from the other agent if we went with Brown and Merry as everyone there at the Leighton branch is just wonderful. But Luke especially who was our broker went over and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Luke we hope you see this and realise how much you helped and supported us. From our very first enquiry, Julia was professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. Her understanding of the local area, the market and the properties we viewed really stood out and made the whole experience feel relaxed and well guided rather than pressured. She was always happy to answer questions, kept communication clear and timely and genuinely came across as someone who cares about helping people find the right home rather than simply making a sale. 9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
