22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!

She was fast-moving, proactive and agile throughout the process, and we always felt she understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Highly recommend Christopher Pallet. We were selling the family home of our late mother. Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour. He kept us up-to-date with progress and helped to resolve potential issues quickly.<br><br>His strategy paid off with a sale well above the marketing price and with the whole process taking less than three months.<br><br>On behalf of our family, I'd like to thank Colin and the whole team at Christopher Pallet for doing such a fantastic job.
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We are first time renters and had read lots of horror stories about renting. However, I have to say so far we have been lucky to find a great team in Northwood Luton. Keneisha has been a dream to liaise with in getting the tenancy set up initially. Inevitably there have been some relatively minor issues needing attention, and we have found Kaneisha & Natasha to be super efficient in responding to these. Thanks finally to Tia also, who never once sounded exasperated with our numerous calls!

16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Terrible experience over the phone. I didn't get the name of the guy who spoke to me but he said he was in charge of Marigold. I asked to view a property then I was asked tons of questions and asked if I could give notice to my landlord before viewing. I explained that I would have to view the property first to see if it was suitable before giving notice to my landlord. The man spoke rudely and was very arrogant and direct trying to belittle me. First he asked for 2 guarantors which I told him I had, then he asked where I was living, my name and lots of personal details before he exclaimed that I would be wasting his and my time if I viewed the property. He went on a rampage about how I need to give notice to my landlord before I can view the property and irrelevant things just to get me off his case as he obviously does not accept dss tenants even though it is against the law to do so. So he indirectly told me he wouldn't accept dss, I would not recommend this letting agency as they clearly do not abide by UK law.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)One call undertook a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - new kitchen, bathroom, lights, doors, plaster work, redecorating. Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.
