I would say that the branch manager Arfan and his team did an excellent job. Very pleased with Arfan's professionalism. He kept us in the loop throughout and resolved any issues raised. Would definitely recommend Connells for property purchase or selling. Also bundle of thanks to Joe and Peter. Well done all of you. Keep it up.

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

They were always able to support you on the end of a phone in their calm, friendly and possitive manner.<br><br>They are a truly wonderful team to work with, lovely people, efficient and showed such professionalism throughout.<br><br>I would not hesitate using Country Properties, Shefford again and highly recommend them. 8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

His knowledge of the local property market was outstanding, and he took the time to provide a thorough, honest, and accurate valuation of my home. Nick explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress free.<br><br>It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nova Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional estate agent. Thank you, Nick, for doing such an amazing job!
