12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We viewed a property with this agency but unfortunately had to chase several times for updates. Responses were very slow, with little information provided and overall the experience felt quite disinterested. We wouldn’t choose to look for a property through them again.
16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service I received from Connells during my recent tenancy process. I have dealt with other staff members at Connells before and never had issues, but my experience with Ashley Thompson-Boyle was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and misinformation throughout the process. Communication throughout the entire process was very poor. I constantly had to chase for updates myself. I was also told that on the key collection day all I needed to do was sign paperwork, pay, and collect the keys. However, when I arrived on the moving day with van rentals and arrangements already booked, I was suddenly informed that the contract was not ready because the deposit process had not been completed through the zero deposit company, something that had never been clearly communicated beforehand. This delayed my move-in by a full day and caused unnecessary stress and additional costs. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when these issues were raised. This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever written a complaint or negative review about an employee or agency, but the overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected from a well-known letting agency like Connells.
1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout. A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout. We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.

He made the home buying process very easy and was available when required to answer any questions. He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. Thank you for everything - would 100% recommend these guys!

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

Communication was superb throughout the whole process and always on hand to answer any questions or give advice, even outside of normal hours. Could not recommend using Nova more - thanks again guys.

She was very good at communicating with both myself, solicitors and the estate agents of the property I am buying. When I had a issue with Taylors she was able to pick up the pieces and satisfactory resolve the issue. I have no hesitation in asking for Kayleigh by name to sell my other property.
