19th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Highly recommend.
5th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I have been really pleased with my experience. All the members of staff lovely and friendly.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)The photography was 5star and the online advert was very good. However the handling of viewings was varied with the different estate agents seeming to have different levels of skill about selling the house and it's location. Communication was poor. I had to call them repeatedly for updates even when they had said that someone would call me. All the staff from Connells were impeccably turned out and very polite and friendly.
2nd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Very obliging, accommodating and friendly. Excellent overall experience.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
14th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Wouldn’t say they go massively over and above other estate agents, but was really happy with their professionalism particularly with viewings
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Great photos, insight tracking and expertise
9th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Brilliant
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!.png)
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Value for money; not sure yet what the final bill may be!
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Marcus is amazing so hard working and really efficient at keeping things on track once under offer too.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
8th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Scott has been excellent throughout the whole sale process. Fantastic effort.
15th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I have trusted Charlie from On Plan with selling my property. I can only say he did great job find the right client for my property. His experience with evaluation and advertisement speed up the sale. Highly recommended. Best regards Simon

4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)This was a terrible experience. I was promised it all and receive nothing. I was told there will be bespoke marketing but I just got a right move and Zoopla add and one social media post. No video even though we suggested it. When the property went on Rightmove there was a “glitch” and the exterior photos were not showing. Nor the floor plan or sizes. After almost a week this got fixed. But the ad wasn’t reset. In less than 2 weeks we were recommended to reduce the price based on a property that sold 2 years ago which was over 1,000 sqf smaller. I was told the agreement was 12 weeks but he had noted 20 weeks and never left me a copy of the agreement. When I gave notice suddenly we had interested parties. I had a toddler and 2 indoor cats and 5,000 sqf to tidy up but he always gave me less than 24hrs notice. Communication was almost like non existence. We would have paid him around 26k yet we had an office number and email to communicate with him. Emails took days office number almost never replied. He was always negative about everything. He then bought on a colleague who was a little more active but still the whole experience was stressful and just dragged. We switched agents and even before the ad went live we had a viewing. Definitely not one I will recommend.
