30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I asked Davies and Davies to value my property after buying through them some years ago. I was impressed as a buyer, so it seemed sensible to invite them to value my home. Out of the four agents who valued my home Davies and Davies were by far the most personable and knowledgeable. Mark took time and care to talk me through the selling process. We discussed easy 'quick win' ways to help my property get more attention. He was helpful, patient and confident without being arrogant. He also didn't try to win me over with an inflated estimate of how much my property was worth - instead he valued it accurately and fairly. The sales transaction was handled very well. Any query I had was answered thoroughly and in good time. The Davies and Davies team were proactive and courteous. I actively recommend them and would work with them again.

5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
12th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
