She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.

18th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Fantastic.- 5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.
21st May 2026 (24 days ago)Preparation of mirror wills prepared on the basis of sound and informed advice - wills that reflected our shared wishes and intentions. Sound, sensitive support and advice comprehensively offered on various aspects of the execution of one will. Overall, a responsive and courteous service and one I would trust at any time in the future. And at reasonable cost! It is now 4 years since Louise, now a Partner with the firm, offered advice on my will and that of my partner. That advice has proved invaluable, as has been the ongoing consistency of her advice as my circumstanes have seen small changes. A polite, courteous, unpressured approach through which her fast grasp of issues has shone through. This is a legal company I can unreservedly commend.

He was phenomenal from start to finish, went above and beyond numerous times, was dedicated, tenacious and professional throughout. We’re now in our dream home, we’re so happy, and we couldn’t be more thankful

When we had a property to sell this year we didn’t even get another quote, her service, advice, attention and care are second to none. This time we also used the accompanied viewing service and were very impressed by Audrey. All in all a genuine 5 star experience

He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company. Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable. Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative.
