   Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs.    I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation.     I recently purchased two investment properties from Slater Hogg. I was shown the properties by the branch manager Eilidh. I was struck by her knowledge of the area, schooling, amenities etc as well as being fully armed with all the particulars of the property. She was able to answer all my queries. I subsequently offered, Eilidh is clearly experienced. She had me paying a little more than I wanted but I guess she is working for the seller and not me.     Sold me a house, then no follow up. House fell through and was made homeless no call to see what had happened? Removed the advert on Rightmove that was on before and just re added the house to Rightmove like it had been added new. Said on the phone that their job is to sell the house and nothing more. Feel like re adding a house to Rightmove is pulling the wool over people's eyes. Why remove it in the first place if it was never completed. Kept saying things often go wrong with paperwork on new builds but then refused to answer when I asked when building would be complete as that is not their job. I feel it would be morally wrong for someone to end up in our situation again but Hames just said their job is just to sell houses. So obviously screw the aftercare unless your the seller....
