21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I have had the pleasure of Andrew helping and supporting me with my rental through riverside estates. I have never dealt with an estate agents like riverside, they are helpful and very supportive throughout the whole process, which isn’t always common in today’s climate, they care about their clients first. Andrew has been there every step of the way, even with my annoying continuous phone calls and emails, never a question being too small. I am grateful for all Andrew and riverside estates have done whilst moving into my first home.

Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Woodcock Holmes enough. Right from the first enquiry they responded quickly and came to view my property within a couple of days. Rob (Manager) talked me through his recommended asking price and the reasons for it, showed his local knowledge and wasn’t the least bit pushy. Adrian (Manager) has been great too with polite, non pushy calls and email communication. They found me a buyer within two weeks of listing with them.
23rd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

14th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

20th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)My personal experience with Symonds and Greenaway has not been positive mostly due to them protecting rouge landlords. Who do not maintain there properties and can no longer practise their tactics so they hide behind estate agents, this is what I personally experienced with Symonds and Greenaway, months of them protecting rouge landlords. So if you are a future tenant, take great care. If you are a decent landlord, then be careful who you connect yourself with , if you are a rouge, landlord, you are found a perfect match, Symonds and Greenaway will protect you fully.
