Whilst I originally hoped to view one property, they were very open about it being very popular but sign-posted me to another that turned out to be perfect for myself and my family. The whole process was so smooth and unlike a lot of other agencies, Murrays are really personable and don't have a clinical approach to clients- they are just professionals that are doing right by their clients. Eleanor gave a very thorough service but all the staff were so friendly and helpful. My family and I plan to buy in the area at some point and we will definitely go through Murry Sales having had such a positive experience already.
29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. Still no sale or completion in sight- 20th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Efficient service. Great communication and great results.
31st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

16th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

He made the effort to arrange all of my viewings back-to-back on the same day, which has made a huge difference.<br><br>Carson responds promptly, clearly explains the process, and takes action incredibly quickly. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout the process. He has been an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

James was so helpful from the very beginning, arranging a virtual tour of the property for me as I didn’t live locally, which made the whole process of viewing from a distance so much easier.<br><br>Kim then took over from the point my offer was accepted and has honestly been amazing throughout. She’s been incredibly responsive, proactive and supportive, always happy to jump in when something needed chasing and doing everything she could to keep things moving.<br><br>As a first time buyer, having Kim there has made such a difference. She’s kept me updated, answered all my questions, reassured me and kept me calm when things have felt stressful, and she’s been invested in helping me get to completion as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’re now completing this Thursday and I’m so excited!
