Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
27th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

25th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The branch manager in Bramley is the most friendly and efficient agent that I have had the pleasure dealing with in regards to the whole process of selling my property. This sale had been the most stress less had I have ever experienced and would have no issue recommending his services in the future.

As the tenancy was ending, it transpired that they failed to transfer the check-in inventory after acquiring the previous agent over a year before—they told us by email at 5pm just as they closed for the entire Christmas period, leaving us unsure whether we could even make a deposit claim. Months later, they sent a bill. Poorly organised and unnecessarily stressful.
