Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

They are quick to deal with any issues and it’s nice to speak direct with someone (not lots of different people). They are helpful, professional and attentive. Thank you! ??????????

Always dealt with any issues straight away. Being a tenant with Henwick was easier than being a homeowner because I never had to worry about anything. They just sorted everything out for me. They were organised and great at responding to emails or calls. They offered advice when things got a bit tricky, and were pragmatic when we had decisions to make. We were selling the house long distance, and we trusted them completely to deal with everything in our absence. They were very competitive in terms of fees.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market. Highly recommend anyone to use them if looking for a property in Maidenhead. Thank you both so much!!!!
