2nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We had an unusual private property to sell in what seemed to be a changeable market and really weren't sure how best to go about it. We were somewhat daunted by the whole challenge.<br><br>Jacob Felix from Belvoir willingly visited and sat down with us. He explained the current market, explained potential approaches, recommended what he felt to be the best approach and the sale price he felt was likely to be achieved.<br><br>His advice was outstandingly good and proved to be both accurate and advantageous.<br><br>The marketing materials produced were very professional and very impactful.<br><br>The viewings were organised by Alison Hines and were well arranged, well carried out and the hit rate was astonishing. The post visit updates were particularly good.<br><br>Jacob then went above and beyond supporting and advising us through the process from the point of offer, through exchange and completion.<br><br>There were various glitches and challenges not caused by us and Jacob was there to advise, clarify and resolve at every step.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jacob and his team too highly, they left nothing undone. Outstanding. We felt well looked after from start to finish.

They are exceptional, especially Steph, who really looks after us both during and after the process. They go above and beyond and I wouldn’t dream of using any other agent, they are the best in Andover by a country mile. You won’t have that ‘To Let’ sign up for long with these folks on the case for you. He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date.
