8th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
