Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I cannot praise Jo enough, she went above and beyond, and I mean above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else to sell or purchase a property. We had a few problems along the way, but Jo was onto them non stop, along with the solicitors. I would like to thank you for being so persistent, yet reassuring all the way and helping me guide my sister-in-law through the whole process. The best people to deal with, whilst getting the reassurance you need at a time of stress and worry.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
30th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.

9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

29th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
