They were professional, friendly, efficient and, above all, focused on what mattered to me. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They listened, they acted, and they consistently delivered on what they promised.<br><br>Their online portal was excellent and made it easy to follow every stage of the sales process. At any time I could see the number of online views, brochure downloads, viewing appointments, feedback from prospective buyers, notes of interest and, ultimately, the offers received. It was informative, intuitive and gave me complete confidence throughout the whole sales process.<br><br>I originally chose Paris Steele because of the many glowing reviews I had read online. 10th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)I've recently made my will and power of attorney, I've now lost count of how many times I've had to go in to the (Haddington) office as they keep on getting names and addresses wrong. Told them numerous times but clearly not paying attention to detail.
