12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you all!<br><br>Nice moving in welcome pack too! ????????????
26th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

That was all down to Lydia, she kept me informed of every step, chased what needed chasing and went above and beyond even on her days off for me. Thank you Lydia ??????????
17th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?
11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Motis Estates Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have been horrendous with my daughter to the point we had to get the environmental health involved resulting in huge fines for the landlord. They are very unprofessional and will give out confidential information out to everyone and anyone especially their tradesmen. When my daughter complained about one of them, about their shoddy work & being sexually harassed, they told him & he then started calling and threatening & verbally abusing my daughter & her husband at his work, to the point we called the police, they still have him work for them!! Honestly unbelievable. They will even try & gaslight you into being the problem. They really are awful
6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. They didn’t just help my parents buy a home; they helped them feel settled, reassured and genuinely looked after during a very significant moment in their lives. 30th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)After being let down on another viewing with a different company, Vicky Pluta immediately offered a viewing for the same evening on a different property and was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

An extremely professional, efficient, attentive service from the initial valuation through to completion. Always available, courteous and knowledgeable. It’s always good to support an independent business especially when the service has been exemplary. We would recommend Carlo/Your Key Move 100%.
