26th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.
26th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Worest,,,,please don't choose this agency My experience with Kube Homes over the last three months has been nothing short of exhausting and infuriating. I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed — I’m just tired of fighting for the bare minimum.

They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your property needs.

13th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
