Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

From the initial contact with Chris, to liaising with Will and Emerson during viewings and the final stages with Miranda, everything was very easy, no real stress in any stages. All very professional and helpful. Great to work with , would highly recommend them if you are selling .

Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!

20th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

19th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)We bought a house with Arnold Keys in the Aylsham area and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They offered honest, reliable and trustworthy advice and went above and beyond to help us. Lizzie and Natasha in particular were fantastic! Our house purchase had a few issues along the way and the Aylsham Arnold Keys branch worked incredibly hard to solve them quickly and effectively, often ringing round various contacts everyday. We would highly recommend them.
16th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We would highly recommend jackson-stops estate agents, based on the sale of our house. With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)So , the estate agent acted for the vendor, I was a cash buyer and had no agent. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
