Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.
20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

Right from the get-go they were all over every aspect of the sale and in constant communication with the various parties. She went over and beyond what would have normally been expected of her role - right from coordinating with lawyers to helping with moving furniture! Would highly recommend TLC to other sellers.

He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout; he was transparent, cheerful and welcoming at viewings, keen to understand our needs and never overly pushy, which made us feel appreciated at what was an important decision for us. It look little time to land on the right property with Strutt and they have high quality stock. Highly recommended!!

Noah handled every step with clarity and precision, keeping me informed throughout and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. His communication was consistent, and he was always available to answer questions or provide reassurance when needed. Thanks to Noah, what can often be a complicated and overwhelming process felt straightforward and seamless. They were accessible, reasonable and help me to solve all the issues you can encounter when you buy a house. Very satisfied with the final result, as I ended up buying my desired house in Barnes, and specially with the way I was treated.

When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that. He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal. Buying our home through Paul has been an emotional journey, and he has handled it with real care and heart.
