We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

Throughout, he was very accommodating, allowing access to my architects and tradespeople even prior to completion to allow me to make the necessary judgements for the renovation. I would highly recommend his services.

Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
