5th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Staff that work at the Chelsea Bridge Wharf (Queenstown Road) are absolutely horrendous. Anytime a tenant would need help, you had to call and email them numerous times to get anything moving, as if it wasn’t their job. Property manager Venice is the rudest and the most useless person I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely do not recommend this agency and this particular branch, there are so many more better and ACTUALLY helpful agencies, where staff are able and capable to actually HELP the tenants, because remember- renting is not just paying the rent and collecting the keys, as things break, situations happen, neighbours exist - and you need a helpful and educated agency to deal with that if you need help

25th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)I don't know why but, I feel they are just waste of time. they show house to about 30 people. then they call for interview with the owner. Owner is least interested in talking and decides just by looking at you if you can afford to pay the rent. Decision takes forever and meanwhile if we follow up. Once, very interested to reply guy (Anil Ranakoti) turns to a not interested to talk and reply guy. when called to know the status says ' you don't have to call, if you are selected you will get to know' I am serving notice to my current landlord, i can't let you take your own sweet time to reply.

26th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)We have just bought an apartment in central London, having had interaction with numerous estate agents in the area, and the outstanding professional is Johnny Hyslop from Jackson-Stops. He understood our requirements and found us a perfect place. I wouldn't want to deal with any other agent in London except for Johnny.
8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)By far the worst experience with any estate agent I have ever had. When the short term tenancy is over they sent repeated lies about sending the full deposit back. On 3 occasions they said it was sent but they had not sent it. Left a review on trust pilot and they said they would get back to me but they haven't. Emailed and called countless times. Moved out August 18th and still no sign of a deposit return. If you rent from Foxtons just consider your deposit part of the rent because you will not see it again. Look into my rental case for SW112LT if you are reading this Foxtons.
2nd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)We had the pleasure working with Conor at Chestertons Fulham during our recent home purchase and we were pleased with the service provided. Conor demonstrated a good understanding of our preferenes and was responsive to our inquiries, which made the process efficient. While there were a few hiccups along the way dealing with sellers who were not easy, Conor handled them professionally and ensured our needs were met to the extent possible. Overall we are grateful for Conor's assistance and would happily recommend him to others in search of a reliable real estate agent.

22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Mohamed and Gareth were brilliant throughout the sale - they were quick to respond, professional and helped speed up conveyancing process by liaising with solicitors. Thank you so much for your help - I wish I had used Foxtons from the outset.

Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent. Look no further and ask for Martin's contact at Foxtons Wimbledon if you're looking for first-class service and are perhaps in a rush to find the next property that will suit you.
