16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve been renting a property through Strutt and Parker for a number of years now and I’ve found them to be extremely thorough and professional in resolving issues/problems. I’ve primarily dealt with Christine Froud the lettings agent from the Ascot/Sunningdale branch and she is easy to communicate with and gets things done in a timely manner.

1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Charlie was always responsive and helped facilitate a sale pulling together all parties, and pushed to keep as close to our deadline as possible.

20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We purchased a house recently through Singletons in Pangbourne. Paul Marshall handled the sale. He really was 1st class - a true professional. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.

Alex was fantastic in helping us achieve a sale, while Richard helped us find our new home, which we’re absolutely delighted with.<br><br>We listed our house just before the weekend and had two potential buyers by the following week. Alex’s knowledge and connections clearly made a difference, and we’re not sure we would have achieved the same result with another agent.<br><br>We’re really grateful to the team for helping us make our move happen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Black Cygnet.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, Sophie and Lance were absolutely amazing and made a stressful process so easy!<br><br>Being a small, family-run business really sets them apart. The service was so much more personal, genuine and caring. They were always approachable, easy to contact and happy to help, no matter how big or small the question.<br><br>What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. We never felt like just another customer or transaction. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed, offering reassurance and making us feel like we were in safe hands.<br><br>It’s rare to find a business that combines such professionalism with a truly personal touch. 3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
