28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Our property was on the market for a long time and although the property was most viewed on a property listing site and we only had one offer. There was more interest when we (homeowner) started to show the clients.
1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We purchased a house recently through Singletons in Pangbourne. Paul Marshall handled the sale. He really was 1st class - a true professional. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

As a family-run business, Sophie and Lance provide a level of care and exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. They are the perfect balance of professional and down-to-earth; they are incredibly knowledgeable yet always approachable. Sophie consistently went above and beyond the remit to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her responsiveness meant that no question or request was ever too much trouble. It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and reliable business.

3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)?????<br><br>We recently dealt with HPrestige regarding a tenancy and, although unfortunately it didn't work out in the end, I really wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Harpreet and Ben throughout the whole process.<br><br>Harpreet found what was genuinely the perfect property for our family, so we were extremely disappointed that, due to circumstances completely outside of the agency's control, we were ultimately unable to proceed with it.<br><br>From day one, Harpreet was amazing. He went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. He was always available, constantly kept us updated and repeatedly chased things on our behalf. He was even messaging us with updates in the evenings, which really showed that he was completely on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us.<br><br>When the situation became more complicated, Ben also got personally involved and was equally brilliant. Both of them dealt with what could have become a very difficult situation in an incredibly professional, fair and pragmatic way. At no point did we feel ignored or left wondering what was happening.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, this experience really stood out. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a company and the people behind it when something goes wrong. Despite us not ending up with the property, we came away with an extremely positive impression of HPrestige because of the way Harpreet and Ben handled everything.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use HPrestige again or recommend them to others. A huge thank you to Harpreet and Ben for all your help, effort and professionalism. Genuinely first-class service.
