30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)The team were excellent given we had 8 weeks to sell our house. Phil and Emma were great from the offset and gave honest advice around pricing. George gave feedback after every viewing as did Margaret. Margaret was on it when it came to moving the chain forward. After dealing with various agents before, we cannot fault their communication which really is key when buying/ selling. We were really impressed and would recommend. Thank you all - a really great team
11th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.

Always checking in to make sure we are happy with everything, his communication is absolutely amazing. He has made the whole process stress free and seamless for us ! 1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Whiteknights failed to progress the sale of our property up until the last minute when it collapsed due to them not checking a basic fact such as the buyers giving their two-month notice to their landlord. The buyers pulled out on account of having to pay £887 extra on a half a million pound purchase to meet a completion date the whole chain had agreed to extend at the buyers request. Whiteknights did not check they had served their notice on time to meet the completion date, did not inform us they hadn't, they just informed us last minute when the sale ultimately collapsed. We're left to remarket the house now after 6 months in this process and to continue incurring costs, as well as breaking two separate chains. Still stunned by how utterly appalling Whiteknights have been.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.
