Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Her customer service, care and understanding of the individual she's communicating with and working with is excellent. Thank you :)

Ella was great with our viewing and provided us with lots of information about the property. We then got transferred over to Mary when putting an offer in for the property. She was so helpful and explained things really well. I really appreciated how easy she was to contact and the fact that she kept me updated whilst we were waiting to hear back from the landlord.
6th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Avoid using their dodgy lawyers - estimate was £2.6K and total bill was £3.7K. Plus Prospect get a £500 commission from the ‘conveyancers’ for referring us. Just instruct a local law firm to act for you in a purchase/sale

She was really friendly and polite would definitely recommend her!- 4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I understand the property market is extremely congested at the moment, but my experience with this agency went beyond what can reasonably be explained by high demand. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, information about the property’s status was unclear, and I was never given a fair opportunity to view the property. No clear explanation was provided as to why viewings were handled the way they were. While competition is expected, basic professionalism, ethical conduct, and open communication should still apply. Unfortunately, this experience felt neither transparent nor equitable, and it has left me questioning the agency’s standards. I hope the agency reflects on this feedback and improves how prospective clients are treated going forward.

I have had excellent tenants thoroughly vetted and recommended by Romans and with very little vacant periods. They managed the letting in a very professional and efficient manner. I was given good advice about market conditions when I decided to sell and again Jacob handled the whole matter in excellent manner. Jacob and his colleagues were not pushy but keen to provide advice that was in my best interest. The sale progressed very smoothly with Jacob and his team dealing with all issues. I am more than happy to give 5 * review to Romans team.
30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

Throughout two decades, their service has been exceptional, built on a foundation of open, clear, and honest communication. Where Walmsley truly shines is when things don’t go exactly to plan, this we have seen from both the lettings and sales teams. Their active management, perseverance, and problem-solving skills during the sales process were outstanding. I genuinely believe that without their dedication and proactive approach, we wouldn't have reached completion when we did. They are thoroughly professional, completely trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nancy Suri has been my main point of contact and has always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She keeps up to date with market changes and provides valuable advice, which has been greatly appreciated over the years. Prospect has also done an excellent job of finding reliable tenants and managing the property efficiently, giving me real peace of mind as a landlord. Communication is always prompt and clear, and the team is proactive in dealing with any issues that arise. I would happily recommend Prospect Reading to any landlord looking for a dependable and professional property management service.
