After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Parker’s more. I used them to sell my property and they were top draw from start to finish. They say moving house is stressful but after a year long transaction I wasn’t expecting it to be that stressful! Massive shout out to Emma who at times genuinely stopped me from walking away! She was great at not only progressing my sale but helping me with my own purchase with a different estate agent which was above and beyond the expectation of her!<br><br>Also want to call out Charlie and his team who were great at handling potential buyers. They kept me informed on viewings but also did a great job keeping my buyer in check during the earlier stages of the transaction as well! Overall it felt like a real partnership throughout and I appreciated the support provided from all members of the team!<br><br>With the amount of time and effort spent on this I genuinely don’t think they made money from the transaction and the service provided never wavered.<br><br>Thanks again all can safely say wouldn’t have moved without you!- 16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Vickie was incredibly helpful and provided the best customer service I've ever received. 28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I would strongly caution landlords, tenants, and prospective clients before engaging Chancellors for property management.<br>My experience has been marked by poor communication, rigid and questionable fee practices, and a lack of transparency—particularly around statutory repairs and contract terms. Essential repairs (including sanitation and plumbing issues) were significantly delayed despite funds being provided, with no clear or committed timelines given. Information provided to me as the landlord was also inconsistent with what tenants were being told directly, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration for all parties.<br><br>I made repeated, good?faith attempts over an extended period to resolve these issues constructively and proportionately. Unfortunately, each attempt was met with a hard, inflexible position rather than meaningful engagement or resolution. I am happy to share the full written correspondence if required, as all communication was conducted professionally and in writing.<br>I also encountered repeated assertions that a management agreement could not be terminated at the end of a tenancy, despite the landlord–agent contract being separate from the tenancy agreement. Requests for written clarification, timelines, and handover processes were met with vague or contradictory responses rather than clear, professional guidance.<br>Fees were applied to mandatory statutory repairs by reclassifying them as “refurbishment” purely based on cost thresholds, without itemisation or meaningful explanation.<br><br>When these points were challenged—politely and with reference to the relevant legislation—the response remained dismissive and inflexible, rather than transparent or customer?focused.<br>Overall, the experience felt adversarial rather than collaborative, with more emphasis on enforcing fees and retaining control than on effective property management or fair treatment of landlords and tenants.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Chancellors to landlords seeking clear communication, timely repairs, or a professional and balanced managing agent relationship.<br><br>A quick update for the team here I’ve reached out to Chancellors directors organisation as per note below over a dozen times now no one from our organisation has contacted me. I’ve offered email addresses and phone numbers so their address is complete lip service. Should any perspective landlords have any concerns about this organisation please do reach out to me. As I will happily share with you a copy of all my correspondence is with Chancellors begging for them to interact with me to help resolve the challenges their customer service is completely atrocious. I would strongly recommend looking at other organisations.

They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand.<br><br>Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. They listened to my needs and found me good tenants.They kept me updated on a regular. basis of their progress. They were polite, curteous, patient and. respectful. They provided answers to all my questions along the way. From thhis experience I would highly recommend Romans in Windsor to anyone in the area.

We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through.<br>We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted.<br><br>I would highly recommend
31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We had a frustrating experience with RP. All the people that worked there were lovely, knowledgeable and approachable. However, the communication is what made the experience challenging. We would go weeks and weeks without hearing anything, and after precious viewings we just wouldn’t hear back. We’d have to keep calling just to get feedback. Ultimately we have chosen to move to a different estate agent; RP just couldn’t give the time and attention needed to sell our flat.
