Any time I’ve needed assistance or repairs, everything has been handled promptly, with contractors arranged quickly and without any unnecessary delays. It gives real peace of mind knowing you’re supported by a team that genuinely cares and takes action. A special thank you to Charlotte and Adam, who I deal with most often — they are always helpful, approachable, and on top of everything. Their level of service truly makes a difference. For anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed estate agency, I couldn’t recommend Person Ferrier highly enough — a fantastic team delivering outstanding service.

25th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for. My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000. This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value. I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

No sales pitch, just a very honest opinion of what he thought my house was worth which is exactly what we got. The real star however was Beth. I love Beth, she was brilliant and every time I rang stressed she just talked me through it and said it would be fine which it was. Beth knows what she is talking about, a real pleasure to deal with A brilliant estate agent, don't hesitate to use

For our sale the listing was professional and we were given the opportunity to ensure what we loved about the house was reflected in the description. Harrison’s were proactive and readily available to lead viewings. The purchase of our new house was complicated for a number of reasons, and this is where having Lynne and team working with all parties really made the difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble and a solution was found for every issue. Not only is this a great estate agency, the Harrison’s team are lovely people too.
