25th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for. My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000. This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value. I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.

A special thank you to Dayna, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to emails, very engaged, and consistently kept me updated at every stage. What really stood out was how upfront and honest she was, which made the process feel much smoother and less stressful. Her communication and reliability made a big difference. I really appreciate all the help and support from Dayna and the team, and I’d definitely recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to rent in the area.

We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay.
