18th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.
20th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Zero feedback given you might as welll sell your house yourself .he’s happy to take monry from you and promise the earth but in reality delivers nothing and is rarely present in office to actually markret or respond to queries on your home .
24th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

4th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was extremely interested in a property with this agency last month , but they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. I tried multiple times over several weeks and couldn’t get a single response. If this is how they communicate with potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything once you’ve actually moved in. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time don’t even bother.
