24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them. So, we had this agent, Ash, all smiles during viewings, making us think we found our dream home. But it was just the beginning of their little game. They kept bugging us until we hit an offer that seemed to hook the landlord. Pumped us up, saying, "We are delighted that your offer has been accepted!" But guess what? Next day, they hit us with an email saying someone else threw in a bit more, and we're out. And get this – after all that drama, they had the audacity to ask for an extra 5k to seal the deal. When Ash mentioned many times that he dealt with the landlord in the past and was sure that just a much bigger offer would have made them change their mind! Long story short: Save yourself some time. They're playing games and messing with people's dreams. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that's not all about the shady business.

I’d definitely recommend Kristy in getting the job done and keeping the chain together. There were times when we felt the chain would fall apart but Kristy ensured that didn’t happen and was always communicating with us. Although the process wasn’t the easiest it was overall a great service from Kristy and Hilton King and Locke.

Moving out of our current property has been nothing but a nightmare with Chancellors, yet moving in with Michael Hardy has been a breeze. The team here is so much more helpful than any estate agents I've dealt with prior. With special thanks to Caroline who has helped us and kept us updated every step of the way. Caroline and Daniel obviously care very much about their job and their customers. And it shows! 110% recommend the team here in Wokingham!
13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Landlords should AVOID. My property is currently let through Chancellors, I made a complaint about not receiving the correct amount of rent from Chancellors before Christmas and they have still not paid this! The branch agreed I was owed over £500, but Emma Cotterell in the Property Management team has ignored 5 emails, 3 phone calls and a formal complaint email. I am now escalating to the estate agents and lettings team at Trading Standards because I'm getting nowhere.

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an estate agent to help find your next new home.
7th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)It has been said that moving home is one of the most stressful times in ones life Unfortunately , this experience for me and my family was not the the norm in the slightest. It took 10 months to complete many ups and downs and i didn't think it would ever happen at one point.Putting all the problems to oneside. Waterfords were my seller's estate agents. Harry Dean was able to keep us in the loop throughout the process. Communications with him was excellent. Harry went above and beyond to help, as solicitors thoroughout the chain were lacking in there communications with each other. If it wasn't for Harry's I'm not sure that I would be living here now. I can't recommend Waterfords enough. They didn't even sell our home. Harry Dean is amazing

(33 reviews)2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We were looking for a property in Earley/lower Earley We came across many agents however for this particular property which was marketed by Whiteknights, we met their estate agent Amilcar who understood our situation and was very helpful and quick to get us not only the landlord approval and then the tenancy process started. I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and Especially Amilcar
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

1st Apr 2024 (29 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!

Adele was fantastic - always there to help and guide me during some difficult and emotional times. Special thanks also to Jenny and Rob for all their help. We eventually sold the house through their Auction process which resulted in the best possible outcome, particularly because the whole procedure was quick and extremely efficient. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend this great local Estate Agent.
