He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

8th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)This is the second time that I have employed Nicholas Percival to let one of my commercial properties and the second time that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Coe. What a star. The first property was let in a very short time with a far better rent than I had expected, he prepared the lease which was signed quickly and the whole transaction was done and dusted in no time at all.<br>The second property went just as well and despite me testing Billy's patience, he calmly and efficiently carried out the task in hand and a new tenant was installed very quickly. Well done Billy. I found this company's charges very reasonable and great value for money, so I will definitely be engaging Nicholas Percival for future property matters.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x
