4th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

4th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

23rd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)We purchased a property from Kingtons. They were very professional at all stages of the purchase. Their customer service was faultless - answering all queries swiftly. The purchase was complete in less than 5 weeks. We were kept informed at all stages even during completion and collection of keys.
9th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)After meeting three agents I made the decision to go with Andrew Kelly & Associates because customer service was something Sam specifically mentioned was very much part of their ethos. Living 200 miles away that struck a note with me as in all other regards the agents were saying very much the same things. I was very impressed with the speed at which things were moving and the communication I received.

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.

19th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

30th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.

21st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)James you are simply the best! Our sale fell through on 2 previous occasions and we took our house off the market for a short period. We came across James quite by accident. We were very impressed with the way he worked (the way we wanted our previous agent to work but wouldn’t) and we elected to use James even though we were well out of his area. The marketing James arranged was excellent and following the open day an offer was accepted. James personally did the viewings and 2nd viewings. James was available throughout the whole process by phone and whatsapp – keeping us updated throughout and even did the handover on completion. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer more helpful friendly person to guide us through this stressful time which was completed less than 12 weeks from selling. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James Swithenbank to anyone selling their home. Thank you James
