10th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.

Tom was consistently updating me throughout the whole process, which really helped put my mind at ease. He was always patient, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. Both Tom and Caitlyn provided excellent customer service and made everything run smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Peter Alan Caerphilly to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

They managed to sell both mine and my partners house within 24-48 hours of viewings and supported us through the process. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending
