It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
