Months before I was ready to put my house on the rental market Jackie came out and talked me through the process. Once I was ready they made the process easy. We were in contact regularly and the house was only on the market for two days before a family agreed rent.<br><br>Would recommend slater Hogg to anybody looking to rent their property, especially if, like me, it’s your first time.

They were great when we bought our house 8 years ago so when we decided to sell we went with Your Move and I'm so glad we did. Our house sold quickly for more than we anticipated and the service we received was second to none. Thanks again for everything!
11th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.

They booked a viewing for us and we travelled all the way from Edinburgh to Falkirk, only to be told the property had already been sold. No one informed us beforehand. When we called, they casually claimed they had “left a voicemail” — which is impossible because I don’t even have voicemail enabled. 2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

We first spoke with Jimmy, who was really friendly and enthusiastic about the house.<br>I loved having the WhatsApp group chat to ask questions and get information. So much easier and faster than relaying information between lots of people one at a time!<br>We were always, and frequently, kept up to date with our house sale progression, which was very reassuring. Any queries we had were answered quickly.<br>Our house was under offer in 11 days, thanks to negotiations by the team.<br>We wouldn't hesitate to use RFRE again and would highly recommend their services ??????
