I've known and worked with the team at Denisons for years and have always found them most professional and a pleasure to work with.
It looks like there sales team are far more helpful than the lettings team. We rented with them for over a year and found one in particular lady there very rude the way she spoke to us was as if we were beneath her as tenants. There charges are also one of the highest around and they expect you to put money down on flats or houses the day you view them to secure them we would not reccomend them at all as letting agents.
Hunters did a great job selling our Lodge at Shorefield Country Park. Generated lots of interest and viewings and always proactive and responsive. Thank you!
After May year of using hunters for letting i was very happy.
Then I wanted to sell my property so the obvious choice was hunters. Put on 24th January 18. To 20th June 18. Almost 5 months in this time,
They got two offers and two pull outs.
These things happen.
Taken off the market from hunters due to my daughter moving in. She decided not to, so I put the property back on the market with another estate agent on 13 July.
Had to call into hunters for some paperwork. HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was verbally abused. By Vicky And Terry. My husband is going to phone head office about this. I felt very hurt to be treated like this after being a long standing customer to their letting agents for many years.
We have had excellent support from Hazel at Winkworth as we searched for a property in Highcliffe. She was very quick to contact us when new properties came on the market and I would definitely recommend them.
Mike and the team at Winkworth recently sold my parents house after my father died last year. The service they provided was excellent and dealt with us sensitively and professionally throughout.
I have now dealt with Enfield's on two occasions and in both instances the service and attention to detail was of a very high level. Within a two week period my flat was marketed and a buyer was secured by Bethany which was more than I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend both Bethany and Enfield's as their service and professionalism is fantastic.
Very bad maintenance service, No hot water in the property. we were suffering without hot water with very young children.They have sent their contractor and reported to the landlord was no fault in the systems..... both given unacceptable feedback to the Landlord.
Hope they have nice warm house and hot water from tap when need!!!!!!!!! not like us with kettle every time we need some.
We cannot say enough good things about Pettengells. The team were amazing and had a very difficult set of circumstances to deal with in our move. But they were accommodating, professional and caring. They were quite simply excellent!!
Pettingells closed their Christchurch office shortly after accepting our instruction. They claimed our house was worth a full £70000 more than we ended up trying to achieve. They were always polite and courteous but failed us on a number of counts. The agent who showed potential buyers around our house explained on entering each room 'lovely, isn't it' but failed to say anything useful based on knowledge of our property, its potential or any understanding of the potential buyer's needs. After 12 weeks and only 6 viewings we discovered that they had placed our bungalow strategically on the main sites so that if the 'bungalow' filter was used our bungalow disappeared as it was categorised as a house. When we pointed this out they blamed their web provider who in turn said it would not have made a difference. However, once rectified the hit rate went up from 80 to 120 per week. In short, they demonstrated over our 16 weeks with them that they were incompetent at almost every level.
