I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

The whole team were friendly, professional and really helpful. Communication was excellent - really clear and prompt. We were really happy with the service.

We sold our house through them in a particularly difficult period and found that their communication was professional and prompt from the whole team, from feedback from viewings, getting our home onto the market promptly and good photographs. We especially found Jen to be an excellent communicator, she was honest and was confident in using her judgment to make the best decisions for selling our property and we felt we could trust her to take care of us. We would also like to mention how professional Patrick was, who was very good at communicating updates on our sales progression and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Both Jen & Patrick supported us when we lost our first buyer (through no fault of themselves) and went above and beyond helping us to get straight back on the market, find a new buyer and even helping us to arrange removals and keep us updated when we were on holiday.<br><br>I would genuinely recommend Gibbins Richards Taunton to anyone who is looking to sell, you will receive a great service and feel well looked after by the team.

From Hannah showing a genuine interest in the house during valuation and Amy constantly plugging away behind the scenes to constantly keep the process moving, the whole team provided fantastic customer service and kept us updated throughout.<br><br>Our buyers themselves commented on their knowledge and professionalism, and as buyers ourselves we have realised how rare this can be amongst Estate agents! We went from going on the market to completion date in just over 3 months; which in the current market is impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy, Nick and the whole team to anyone in the Taunton area.
