We have been renting for 18 years and I have never met a more down to earth,warming estate agent! Thank you so much Charlotte. 27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
10th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

We viewed a few and she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In the end I got a property through another agent but Jess was such a standout experience that I thought it worth writing her this review!

We found her to be knowledgeable, cheerful and considerate, enthusiastic, dynamic, a good listener and patient with our many questions. Thank you Millie.<br><br>I also am very impressed by Sam (the manager) in Windsor and her whole letting team, i.e. Carly, Daisy and Samuel. What an outstanding group of professionals. They listened to my needs and found me good tenants.They kept me updated on a regular. basis of their progress. They were polite, curteous, patient and. respectful. They provided answers to all my questions along the way. From thhis experience I would highly recommend Romans in Windsor to anyone in the area.
