18th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.

In what turned out to be quite a prolonged and challenging sale, their service was to the highest standard and the team were always extremely helpful and committed. We would like to thank James, Wendy and Hayley in particular but the whole Keith Ashton team were a pleasure to work with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them and using their services again in the future.

16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

At all times, they have been helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

6th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

Shout out to Khurram who even when not at work was more than happy to drop in on that quick look around again and answering any questions. Waqas was excellent in communication, generally answering questions along with excellent negotiation skills.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
