9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)As a leaseholder be prepared for a ridiculous service charge statement with unfair charged (included items which do no exist within the property). No resolution will ever be made as property managers leave every couple months (there will be no contact). Complaints will not be dealt with as again they can not retain staff. Overall the worst company I’ve dealt with.

19th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We have just sold our house in Romford through Ashton Perkins and overall, we were very very impressed with the service we received. We chose Ashton perkins for no other reason than it was our closest estate agent - we are certainly glad that we did. Ben dealt with the whole process in a professional Manner, keeping us informed every step of the way. We only had a small chain (4 ) and was completed from start to finish in 9 weeks, which we were very happy with. We honestly cannot fault the service we received, everything went so smoothly, in what can be a stressful time. His knowledge, experience and communication are second to none, always just a phone call away. ( Nothing was ever too much trouble) He even recommended a very good solicitor (cunningtons) who , once again , were brilliant. If you want to deal with honest genuine realistic lovely people then look no further. We can not recommend highly enough Ben and the team from Ashton Perkins. Thank you. Rob and Wendy
6th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Not helpful. Didn't want to show around the property. We put an offer to the estate agent and he refused to phone owner till mid week as he said he was busy.??? Very unprofessional and won't ever deal with. How anyone can say professional is beside me.!
13th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I had the misfortune of having a house fire 15 months ago but the fortune that a neighbour recommended Martin&Co who had the perfect house for myself & & family to move into, I had never rented before but dealing with Martin & Co was an absolute pleasure very relaxed, professional & you couldn’t deal with a nicer couple so I would highly recommend this company I would of posted this awhile back but I had issues with my Google account

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. David was super helpful in giving us all the information we need specially being a first time buyer. He was very accommodative when ever we wanted to see the property and always ready to help. His patience and calmness is highly commendable. We would highly recommend David and his team for buying and selling of house in the Rainham area.

Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

I bought a flat in 2020 and Brexit crises were making me worried, however, they were mentioned by a very close friend of mine and I feel really fortunate that I listened to him by signing up with ABC Gone. With in no time the rent started and never had any issues since then. Sigita has been really polite and helpful in day to day dealings and always have a solution to every problem I encountered. I take this opportunity to thank you for her services and ABC team especially Chris and Beth in maintenance department and look forward to carrying this business relation further with my next ventures... I highly recommend them

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

Michael went above and beyond, not only providing the service we engaged him for, but also offering good general advice on the buying and selling process, and being a property owner! And all of this was provided at a fee that is much lower price than changed by others.Would 100% recommend.
