28th Feb 2024 (21 weeks ago)Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.

Can’t fault Newton Fallowell especially Sue Moores no nonsense straight to the point. After a few bad experiences with certain estate agents Newton Fallowell were a breath of fresh air to deal with. Highly recommend !

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)The branch it's self have been a complete nightmare from the beginning with miss leading information and not doing what they said they would.... my choice of tenants was very limited and I've been over charged and messed around with money a lot however Jane etches has been amazing support and I'll only speak to her now.... she's been an absolute star.... Amber has tried to help and estell told me a lie.... I'm now moving to a different estate agents because how bad it's been.... Official complaint has gone through, they charged me for things I never agreed to, put up the rent with out my consent and didn't see a problem with it... watch out Evan official complaint got me knowwhere and I've still not received money back from being over charged.

Photos where taken on a Thursday the house was up on Rightmove on the Monday, had 6 viewings and 2 offers on the Friday. I was kept upto date at all times, and cannot thank the team enough, especially Imogen who mainly dealt with me after i accepted an offer. Cant recommend them highly enough.

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic. 100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. So happy with the end results. 10/10 and greatly appreciated. Thanks Luke G
