14th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Having Louise as a single point of contact made such a difference, attentive, considerate, pragmatic (very much needed in the UK market!) and working alongside you. The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

30th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Got my flat with these only fixed little bits no new carpets they were there before I was and i moved in over 10 years ago wouldn't replace them then I got charged for it when they evicted me after 10 years nearly becauce apparently landlord was selling all lies then went back on the market double the price and probably triple the deposit someone told me the carpets were the same when it was first built now where i live we have new kits if its broken gets fixed within 24hrs and No mould or damp i have sleep apnea and allergic to mould and paying less for this place than there's avoid by all means rude aswell

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.

20th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
