Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

30th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!
4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Booked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

I feel VERY let down with the overall experience with you. And to make it clear you did NOT sell my property I took it off the market with you due to everything listed above!
23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

1st Apr 2024 (30 days ago)A very disappointing experience. Communication was lacking. Would not recommend using this agency. Lack of disclosure until after completion of sale regarding the agent’s relationship to the seller. The administrative staff were pleasant but not much else about this transaction was a good experience. It was unnecessarily stressful . Will not be using them again.

15th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.

He handled the sale of our property from Day 1 going above and beyond to ensure we were fully appraised of each and every step. He gave excellent advice and was happy to listen to us. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we greatly appreciated his prompt and appropriate communication skills. He was always there in person, on the phone or by email when necessary. I would have no hesitation in using this agent again and highly recommend him.

11th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty Pickard. As the sale progressed we wished we had used them as our selling agent. Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
