Just sold and purchased via Burnap + Abel and can't fault them one bit.
Communication was fantastic, Charlotte was always on top of everything and chasing solicitors. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if we ever needed to find anything out.
When they came round to value we could tell they were different from other Estate Agents. Plain speaking and not pushy at all. I remember the parting comment of "Unlike other EA's, we won't pester you and bombard you with calls to sign up with us, however should you choose to do so, we will always be at the end of the phone for you'. How right they were!
I would highly recommend them to everyone - The amount of Burnap + Abel signs you see around the area clearly shows how popular they are.

If you’re looking to sell at your properties full market value, you would be better advised to go with a different agent. Burnap+Abel sell houses quickly. This is achieved through below market valuations and recommendations to accept low offers on the basis they can proceed quickly. This explains the company’s excellent sales record. A strategy that is price low, advise to accept low, reduce risk of chains failing through and an attempt to secure their income at the earliest opportunity. All at the cost of the seller. So you could say buying through Burnap+Abel is highly recommended and this is certainly reflected in their feedback. Sellers need to beware. Unless you’re in a rush to sell, I would recommend if you want to achieve the best price for your property, use a more mature estate agent that’s not in it for a quick sale at a cost to you.
