Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really big thank you for helping is buy the house of our dreams.

The only downside was there was not always anyone in the office or available otherwise in the sales section. Letting seemed better staffed. Communication was fantastic and is key when buying a house and she just made us feel at ease. None of this rubbish you can get with some agents. If Hayley wasn't available Simon stepped in but knew exactly what was going on. We would definitely use them again and I would have absolutely no issue in recommending them. Thanks again for an amazing service really appreciate it and for going above and beyond even past completion. ????????

20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Block Management employees are extremely rude, insensitive and aggressive. I have spoken to Jodie on the phone who has no interpersonal skills and she is unable to maintain a respectful discussion. Given that one of her main duties working at Martin & Co is to handle calls, she has no communication skills and is not knowledgeable in the field. I do not recommend the company as they do not have adequate customer service training. Many thanks.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Claudia took the time to understand what I was looking for and spent the time showing me many different properties and options until we found the right one. The team were patient and understanding as I worked through the options and were happy to help answer any questions and were on hand whenever I needed them.
