Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

We have both purchased and sold through them and found the team to be very professional, good communication and first rate from start to finish. 19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

6th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Very unprofessional customer service called on the day house went on the market to request booking for viewing and got my number taking and when called back few days later been told they don’t take bookings already offer on place but couldn’t be bothered to get in touch with me to inform me .

Firmin & Co were the most professional and above all the most personable. Glen found a buyer quickly and Hannah guided the sale through with the minimum amount of stress. 27th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Young Residential is as good as it gets, I highly recommend it.<br>Duncan is professional, efficient and good to do business with.<br>He sold our house within 2 days of us placing it with the agency, and it all went smoothly until only 6 days before completion the buyer withdrew.<br>Duncan had it back on the market within hours, and it sold again the very next day. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?
