11th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I found them most helpful and always avalible at the end of the phone. Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

From booking property viewings, the viewings themselves, making an offer and everything through to completion, all was smooth and easy. From my experiences as a first time buyer I would highly recommend.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. Moving house can be very stressful, especially while buying a new home at the same time, but the agency was always polite, approachable, and willing to respond to questions when needed. I especially appreciated the professional handling of the checkout process and the clear communication regarding the deposit updates. Although there were a few delays waiting for landlord responses, the agency kept me informed and remained helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated.
