31st Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.
5th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

12th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

30th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Firstly I met Saphia who drove from Eltham to Whitstable to show me around a property. She was professional polite and knew the property in side out showing various little extras. Saphia told me exactly what was being left in the property and also the best way to proceed. When it was time to close the deal Alex came again from Eltham to Whitstable and stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my lodge which was around 4 hours. I had to go into town and contact my bank which took longer than expected. Alex was still waiting with a smile and never once made me feel like I was putting him out. I felt supported from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.. If I had a property in London.. Or the South East I wouldn't not hesitate to contact Equity... Honest.. Open and transparent.. What a brilliant company.. Thank you so much.
