28th May 2024 (2 years ago)They sent viewers who were not proceedable or unsuited to a shared/communal garden. We got feedback from viewers only after asking everytime.

29th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>They handled all of our viewings and were extremely flexible with timings, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They regularly chased updates from solicitors on our behalf and kept us fully informed with weekly progress updates, which gave us real peace of mind.<br><br>Paul should be incredibly proud of the business he has built. Poor promotion of the property.<br>I have now spoken to one of the bigger firms in Beeston. Lots of professionals and confidence.<br>It is time to try another agent. One which uses all the websites like Zoopla, On The market as well as Rightmove

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through. Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!
