I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property
29th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

They also arranged photos and a video in a timely manner. Burrell’s carried out our viewings which was beneficial for us. They maintained effective contact with us via email and text.

They handle change over of tenants in a very speedy and efficient way so we have virtually no time where it has not been rented. I would be happy to recommend their service.

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but they were so supportive and helpful from start to finish. Shairoz was always there to answer my questions, talk me through everything and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.<br><br>They went above and beyond in helping with not only the house purchase, but also the mortgage and solicitor side of things, which made such a huge difference. It really felt like they genuinely cared about helping me get into my first home rather than just seeing me as another customer.<br><br>I’m so grateful for all their help, patience and support throughout what was such a big milestone for me.
