Alasdair Morrison & Mundys - Newark - Sales
46 Middle Gate, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 1AL(14 reviews)
14th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Super responsive, everyone I’ve worked with there is helpful and motivated to help.
15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)In the 12 weeks we were with the estate agents we had no viewings and little communication.
5th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)A great experience with the team, so helpful and no hiccups along the way. Would definitely recommend.
11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Friendly helpful staff, always available. Great communication.
15th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Nichola has been a key contact in all our dealings with the management company. When moving house, Nichola went above and beyond to help us move into our new home prior to Christmas. I can’t thank her enough.
Tranquility Homes T/A Leicestershire Lettings and Sales - Anstey

(56 reviews)
9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I have been dealing with Zheng he has been extremely helpful in regards to me finding a place to rent. Communication has been very good so would defiantly recommend.
27th May 2025 (1 year ago)We had a property inspection, she was called Helen, just wanted to say she was really respectful, kind lady, really caring of our property, just wanted to say thankyou, you made me and my partner feel really good about ourselves
9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)They make the house look really good in picture but then rooms are small. They took all our deposit but we kept the house nice. Do not recommend
12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Hardly any feedback given after viewings, failed to keep appointment in person or by telephone , failed to communicate to discuss next steps, placed sign outside property when requested not to do so
9th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)At the moment we have taken it off the market due to personal reasons
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.
27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

Fine & Country - Woodhouse Eaves
19a Main Street, Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire, LE12 8RY(33 reviews)
21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
