They provided us with lots of help and guidance to make things run smoothly and all this was made available by a very helpful lady called Anna Thomson who works at countrywide. They called while I was working and since then my calls and emails have gone unanswered.- 26th May 2026 (18 days ago)Thank you to all the staff at Countrywide Shawlands for brilliant customer service especially Alarise who was my contact. She kept me fully informed by telephone and email and was very personable and takes a pride in her job. I would highly recommend the team at Shawlands if you have a home to sell.
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell a house as they handled everything up to handing keys over to the buyer. They even facilitated some requests after the sell was complete above and and beyond what they should've. Great Estate Agent and a big shout out to Tain, who handle my property.

Office staff in particular are to be commended for their welcoming and patient approach to those of us unfamiliar with the process. The outcome was a quick sale at a good price. Would use again and certainly recommend to others.

Super happy with my experience, explained everything in great detail and responded to all queries quickly- 8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
29th May 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Harvey, Cindy and the team at Nicol Estate agents highly enough. They kept us updated at every point throughout the process from the appraisal, through the home report process, getting the property on the market, viewings, feedback and the closing date process. Once we accepted an offer on the property Cindy kept in touch with our solicitor to ensure the sale completed. The team at Nicols made a very stressful process calm, smooth and as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my home!

8th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
