2nd Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.
