Well I have to say Stuart Thomas was amazing keeping me informed every step of the way and sold my mums house immediately. I decided to find out about renting our flat through Stuart Thomas as well My goodness Simone who runs the renting side has been absolutely brilliant. Any type of problem/query that arises amd there have been a few , she sorts these immediately. I am taken aback by her efficiency and professionalism which has taken away every stress in renting out a property. She has given me great confidence In renting out properties as Simone takes on all challenges calmly and sorts them without being phased at all. I am so happy with Stuart Thomas. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

Steve Smith was very helpful and knowledgable and I would recommend when considering a local agency calling Bear Southend for a valuation.

The location is excellent, everything I need is nearby, and the flat is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It has been a great place to live, and my experience so far has been very positive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

10th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
