27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)They started so well. Had a fantastic first meet. Gave me a valuation above what I was expecting. I decided to go with them. When they turned up to take photos, again I was very impressed. The brochure was fantastic as was the listing. After that, it was downhill. I had to chase for the EPC and to actually pay them for it. I had to chase to get the board up outside. It’s still there now. I chased them after the first few weeks of being live. Spoke about the price. They said it was maybe too high. Funny as I had listed £10K below there valuation . So I dropped by £10K. After another month or so, I then again chased them for updates. Again they mentioned about dropping the price. I’m already £20K below their estimate. Well I was not impressed and decided to give notice. I did everything they asked. I had to chase that they had received as I had no confirmation. Very frustrating.

From my first valuation, their knowledge of local market trends was spot-on. They kept us fully updated after every viewing and handled negotiations brilliantly. Ive felt supported the entire time and cannot recommend them enough!

2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

They made the whole process of finding and moving into our new home so easy. Would definitely recommend - and a huge thanks to Dave, Jade & Jon who were amazing!

They always took the time to answer our many questions and explain everything clearly, which gave us real confidence during the process. They were also fantastic at coordinating a long and complicated chain, keeping things moving as smoothly and efficiently as possible.<br><br>We really appreciated their communication, dedication and calm approach from start to finish. 10th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
