We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. 29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.
22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Updated review (from 5 star to 1)<br><br>I moved out over 5 weeks ago and still have no sign of my deposit. I've been told the landlord may make "minor claims" but hasn't said what for or how much. My check-out report shows the flat was left clean, with nothing beyond normal wear and tear. The agency said that if the landlord stays unresponsive, they'll wait 90 days before dealing with my deposit.<br><br>When I contacted the deposit scheme, they told me my protection ends automatically after 90 days and advised me to start their resolution process immediately. I'm confident I'll get my deposit back through them, but I'm shocked the agency would hold back almost £2,000 when their own process gives the landlord 10 days to make any claims after the check-out report.<br><br>In 10 years of renting in London, I've never had to go through the deposit scheme to get my deposit back.

4th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)I found Lloyds Residential excellent in dealing with the sale of my property. Considering the drop in house prices at the moment they managed to sell my house for a reasonable amount.
6th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Hamptons performed very well in selling my late mothers flat. They virtually took care of everything. Communication was excellent.
