5th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Whether you are home owner or would-be tenant I highly recommend you stay away from Olav. Highly unprofessional and rarely contactable even in emergencies. I was a tenant and by the end of my tenancy even my landlord decided to drop this agency and handle things himself.
23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.
5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

25th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Such a worst agency.never let from this agency every unprofessional always lieing.they don’t respond .letting from this agency is like falling into problems I have never seen such horrible agency they never let landlord speak to tentants or never slove the problem they even don’t know the housing law always misleading .they make you such traumatised worst agency ever don’t rent from them save yourself

1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
29th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

These 2 have bought & sold & managed properties for me over the years & the level of service has been outstanding ??????. I therefore have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who needs the best advice & service in this field. TRUST ME SENSEI NADER ??????????
